The Shaman’s Hoop

A Quarterly Meet Up for Shamans & Shamanic Practitioners

Our Core Values

Join the Hoop

A welcoming Shamanic Circle for past and present Shamans / Shamanic Practitioners that have been taught by White Eagle. Talk about your experiences, concerns, hopes and dreams. Get answers, advice and support from peers and your mentor.

Respect

To have respect for ourselves, each other and all living things, including the winged ones, the finned ones, the four leggeds, the creepy crawlies as well as respect for Mother Earth, Father Sky, Great Mystery, the Directions, our Ancestors and all things that are alive.

Sustainability

To practice sustainability in our own daily life and support other causes that are working hard to sustain Mother Earth; and to create a life for ourselves and family that is mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and socially sustainable and supportive of Mother Earth.

Self Empowerment

To encourage your clients to take full responsibility for their own well-being and spiritual growth, and to  encourage spiritual explorations and deep connections to nature and Great Mystery with an open heart in order to receive wisdom and guidance throughout their life.

Interconnectedness

To help others understand that the web of life is not outside of ourselves and that although the web does not weave us, we are all the individual threads that weave the web of life. With that in mind we must remember our responsibility to the web as a whole.

Honour

To honour and respect through remembering their sacredness the ceremonies, rituals and wisdom passed down from our Ancestors; remembering that Shamans and Healers have different roles in the community so teachings should be appropriate to their role.
