Death, Recapitulation & Forgiveness
Death comes to us all at some point in our life, we hear about death all the time, some deaths are from natural causes other deaths are from the hands of others. Yet despite the ‘familiarity’ of death, we are so uncomfortable with it. We grieve the death of our families, our pets our friends, we even seem to grieve the symbolic deaths that come into our lives to motivate and assist us to change and evolve.
Death and birth are two ends of the same spectrum, we assume that birth is the beginning, but perhaps death is the beginning! It is a question of which came first the chicken or the egg? In order to die, we had to be born, but in order to be born perhaps we died from a previous life!
Once we can embrace the idea of death as a normal part of life, we can start to heal our fear of death and of the unknown, and then death can become our ally and motivator. Once we recognize that the real us does not die, and that it is only our body that dies, or ceases to live, our biological aspect, then we can rest in the knowledge that we are not our bodies and therefore our true being will continue on whilst the physical body will act as nourishment to our Mother Earth via either burial or the spreading of ashes.
As spirit beings we all have our physical body and our spiritual body which is made up of chakras and our luminous energy field, and just as our physical body becomes sick if we do not care for it, so does our spiritual body become sick if we do not care for that too. When we do not keep our spiritual self at its optimum health, our luminous energy field can become toxic with negative energy which will affect our chakras, which in turn, will affect our physical and psychological being. Our chakras are said to inform our DNA and together, with light and vibrations create what the chakras have requested, which may be sickness and disease.
With constant negativity or toxic energy, our chakras can become sluggish and fill with sludge, this toxic waste will prevent the chakras from spinning fully and the chakras will eventually be compromised. When we hold onto toxic energy it can literally be soul destroying.
It is said that when our body dies and our spirit leaves the body, we go through a ‘Life Review,’ this review offers us an opportunity to both heal and forgive. It is said to be like watching a movie of our own life flashing before us. If we allow ourselves to heal in this life, we will not have as much to deal with during our life review.
Ideally, before death, and as soon as possible it would be sensible that we all embarked on our own personal healing journey where we are able to resolve some of our past conflicts and unforgiveness, in other words, we need to go through a life review NOW. Recapitulation allows us to replay our life, like a movie, and allows us to recapture any painful moments so that we can see and feel who needs our forgiveness and whether or not we need to forgive our self and so on and so forth. This process needs to be done with an open heart and not in a personal way, we need to allow the feelings to come and go but view it as if we are viewing someone else’s life, that way we will be able to judge it with evenly balanced wings. It can be helpful to speak out ‘I forgive you’ as we see the faces of those that have hurt or offended us in some way. We need to be open and honest and truly forgive them from our heart. REMEMBER…. this is dealing with our ‘stuff’ now, in order to have an easier life review when we pass over, it will also open us up to receiving so much more from Spirit; we will feel so free.
We need to take our self through the ‘Illumination Process,’ where we systematically go through all of our chakras and remove any negative, toxic waste that we have there. This way, we can also deal with all of the associated issues within each chakra and bring healing and light into them so that all toxicity can be combusted.
Not everyone will feel confident enough to take themselves through the illumination process, for many, it would be best dealt with by going to see someone who can help and assist them through it; that way, they are less likely to avoid certain issues or use denial as a tool to escape their own self-created inner abyss.
I encourage you to commence your recapitulation and forgiveness today, you may want to make it into a ceremony so that it is special, you may even want to write down some of the things that you need to forgive others for, and when you have found forgiveness, you may want to sacrificially burn the list – White Eagle
